When looking for work clothing try to find quality pieces in great fabrics such as wool and cashmere that will last a couple of seasons. The cape is a big trend this season but have not yet found one for me:( I like to mix more classic pieces with trendier accessories and shoes for work.  This dress from J.Crew is great because of the flowy detail on the sleeves and the structured bottom.  Hope you enjoy and happy hump day!!
