How to tie a scarf, 3 different ways

#1:  As a Turban

#2 : As a belt

( Zara jacket, pants and shoes, Maison Scotch shirt, LV pouch and vintage scarf)

#3 : As a scarf

As promised I wanted to show you three different ways to tie a scarf. In the first pic I wanted to show you  a turban which is so in this season.  The second is as a belt and can be used to cinch in a blouse or a plain dress.  The last and most conventional way is as a scarf which is great if you want to add a burst of color to an outfit.  Check out J'aime mon carre a site designed by Hermes to show people how to use their silk scarf.  Love it!

Which is your favorite?

  5. Love utility posts!!!! never thought of the turban way nor around the waist. Soooo cool!

Now that we're full on spring - I want to loose my winter jacket. Any suggestions? What's in this spring? I have a government job and it's so depressing around here. It's as if women stopped to live. I want to push back: even if you have 3 kids, a boring husband and no life - you should still dress to impress and for success!

My spring budget: $1,200. What can I do?

BTW: there is no H&M in Ottawa, but we do have Zara.

    XOXO Vivi

  7. I love scarves! I really like the turban look, but I generally stay safe with just the classic scarf look. I'll have to spice that up!
